I found a ton of the Brother's Grimm fairy tales online. I like them :) If anyone else is interested in reading some, they're here.
They're pretty short, but there's a lot of them. 210, to be specific.
Oh, and P.S. I got a seasonal job at Target :) I work on the Sales Floor, and it's been a pretty even mixture of working in Electronics and Clothes. And the people there are very nice. $8/hour, and I get a 10% discount. 15% if I get a red card.

I've got a book of them, but I haven't gotten around to reading them yet. I'm pretty entrenched in The First Law trilogy right now.
What's that one about?
It's the same fantasy series that I mentioned a little while ago, beginning with The Blade Itself. I'm on the second book right now (Before They Are Hanged). Really fascinating characters in this series. There aren't any really clear-cut heroes or villains, just a lot of imperfect people at odds with each other.
Ah, yes. I'm glad you like it, I should check into it.
I've never been a huge fan of the brothers Grimm... I took a fairy tale class my last semester at UNC, and we studied a lot of different versions of all the fairy tales. Grimm was always my least favorite... they focus on nature and magic a very different way than I expected. Plus, I always heard that they painted the most cynical and dark picture of fairy tales, and that's just not true. There are darker, better versions :)
Ooh. Like what?
i don't remember all of them....It's been quite some time since I took the class, but if I can find it I'll let you have that textbook. It's just a compilation of a bunch of versions of fairy tales and was a pretty cool book. It had some really dark versions of Red Riding Hood...
